KAYDJA is built around one-of-one garments.
Every KAYDJA garment carries a singular textual identity that can belong to one owner only. Once that identity is claimed, it is permanently retired across KAYDJA and will not return in another size, color, garment type, edition, or variation.
Because each purchase concerns a singular garment identity, returns and refunds are handled with particular care.
01 — Our Return Principle
The KAYDJA rarity system is based on irreversible singularity.
A garment identity is available once. Once claimed, it leaves the active KAYDJA universe permanently.
For that reason, a return does not automatically make a claimed identity available for resale.
A returned garment does not recreate the identity as available inventory, and KAYDJA does not restock, reissue, resize, recolor, or reproduce a claimed textual identity.
One garment.
One identity.
One owner.
No rerun.
02 — Eligibility
Where a return is permitted under applicable law or under this policy, the garment must generally be:

Unworn.

Unused.
-
Unwashed.
-
Unaltered.
-
In its original condition.

Returned with all original tags and packaging, where applicable.

Accompanied by sufficient order information to identify the purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, misuse, or other changes beyond reasonable inspection may not be eligible for a return unless applicable law provides otherwise.
03 — Before Sending Anything Back
Please contact KAYDJA before returning an item.
Do not send a garment back without first receiving return instructions from KAYDJA.
Your request should include:

Your order number.

The email address used for the order.

The garment concerned.

The reason for the return.

Photographs where the request concerns damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.
KAYDJA will review the request and provide the appropriate instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
04 — Defective or Incorrect Garments
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact KAYDJA as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that the matter can be reviewed.
Where KAYDJA determines that a garment is defective or that an incorrect item was sent, KAYDJA will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
05 — Change of Mind
Because KAYDJA garments are singular objects governed by a one-owner rarity system, we do not treat ordinary inventory like conventional repeatable fashion stock.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return an order without giving a reason, KAYDJA will honor that right subject to the conditions and procedures required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Where no such legal right applies, a change-of-mind return is subject to KAYDJA’s return terms and eligibility requirements.
06 — Exchanges
KAYDJA does not operate a conventional exchange system for claimed identities.
A returned garment does not cause its textual identity to become available again.
The same identity cannot be transferred onto:

Another size.
-
Another color.
-
Another garment type.
-
Another edition.
-
Another variation.
This follows the central KAYDJA rarity law: once an identity has been claimed, that identity is permanently retired across the brand.
If an exchange is legally required or otherwise approved by KAYDJA in a particular circumstance, the resolution will be handled individually without compromising the one-owner identity system.
07 — Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
KAYDJA payments are processed through PayPal. Depending on the payment method used through PayPal, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary.
KAYDJA does not control the processing time of your bank, card issuer, or PayPal after a refund has been initiated.
You will be notified when your refund has been approved and processed.
08 — Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically confirmed by KAYDJA, original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Where a return is caused by a defective garment, an incorrect item, or another circumstance for which KAYDJA is responsible, KAYDJA will determine the appropriate shipping remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Any applicable return-shipping requirements will be communicated when your return is approved.
09 — Non-Returnable or Final-Sale Items
Certain products or purchases may be designated as final sale or otherwise excluded from voluntary returns.
Where an item is non-returnable, that condition will be communicated before or at the time of purchase where required.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10 — Returned Garments & Rarity
A returned garment does not automatically return to the KAYDJA catalog.
This distinction is fundamental.
The physical garment may be returned, but its textual identity remains governed by the KAYDJA rarity system.
Once an identity has been genuinely claimed, KAYDJA does not place that identity back into active availability simply because the physical garment has been returned.
The identity remains part of KAYDJA history rather than becoming a repeatable product.
KAYDJA’s internal rarity doctrine defines the relevant states as Available, Reserved, Claimed, Retired, and Archived. A claimed identity exits the sellable catalog permanently.
11 — How to Request a Return
To request a return or report an issue with your order, contact KAYDJA through the official contact channel provided on the website.
Please include your order number in your message.
For defective or incorrect garments, include photographs where possible.
KAYDJA will review the request and provide the next steps.
12 — International Orders
KAYDJA operates exclusively online and serves customers internationally.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any mandatory consumer protections applicable to your location remain unaffected by this policy.
Where the law of your country or region provides rights that differ from the terms stated here, those mandatory rights will apply.
13 — Legal Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If applicable law gives you a right to cancel, return, replace, repair, or receive a refund, those rights remain in effect.
Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
14 — The KAYDJA Standard
KAYDJA’s rarity system is built on trust.
Every approved textual identity is intended to exist once only. Once claimed, it is permanently retired from the brand’s active universe. KAYDJA does not use restocks, hidden reruns, alternate-size reproductions, color reruns, or cross-garment duplication to recreate a claimed identity.
The return process must therefore protect two things at once:
The customer’s rights.
The integrity of the garment’s identity.
The garment is the hero.
The wording is the signature.
The rarity is the system.
