These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KAYDJA website and your purchase of KAYDJA products.

KAYDJA is an online-only brand. All purchases, customer service, communications, and transactions are conducted online.

By accessing the website, browsing its content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any policies referenced within them, including KAYDJA’s Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.

01 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using the KAYDJA website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

02 — THE KAYDJA ONE-OF-ONE SYSTEM

KAYDJA operates under a specific rarity system.

Every approved KAYDJA garment carries a singular textual identity.

That identity may be sold once only.

Once that identity is successfully claimed, it is permanently retired from KAYDJA’s active and future catalog.

This means a claimed identity will not return:

In another size.
In another color.
On another garment.
On another garment category.
In another variation.
As a restock.
As a second edition.
As a reissue.
Through a minor textual alteration intended to bypass retirement.

The rarity applies to the textual identity itself, not merely to a particular product image or production file.

A change in color, size, garment type, typography, spacing, punctuation, or minor visual treatment does not create a new identity where the underlying textual identity remains materially the same.

One garment. One identity. One owner.

The purpose of this system is to establish genuine singular ownership rather than conventional limited-edition scarcity.

KAYDJA does not intentionally reproduce a claimed garment identity after ownership has been completed.

Once claimed, it will not return.

03 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

KAYDJA products are offered exclusively online through the official KAYDJA website.

Products may be available only while their corresponding identity remains claimable.

A product displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

Because KAYDJA identities are singular, availability may change when another customer successfully completes a purchase.

KAYDJA reserves the right to:

Modify product descriptions.
Correct product information.
Correct pricing errors.
Update product imagery.
Modify or discontinue products.
Limit quantities where necessary.
Remove products from the website.
Cancel an order where an error, technical issue, payment issue, or other legitimate circumstance prevents fulfillment.

Where a product identity has already been successfully claimed, it will be permanently retired according to the KAYDJA rarity system.

04 — PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

KAYDJA makes reasonable efforts to display products, images, colors, measurements, materials, and other product information accurately.

However, colors displayed on different screens and devices may vary.

Slight differences between product imagery and the physical garment may occur due to:

Screen settings.
Lighting.
Photography.
Manufacturing tolerances.
Material characteristics.
Printing or finishing processes.

Such differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product descriptions and specifications may be updated when necessary to correct errors or improve accuracy.

05 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.

An order is not considered finally accepted until KAYDJA has successfully processed the order and payment and has confirmed the purchase.

KAYDJA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Incorrect pricing.
Product or inventory errors.
Payment problems.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
Technical errors.
Duplicate or abnormal orders.
Incorrect customer information.
Circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method where appropriate.

Because every KAYDJA identity is singular, a successfully completed purchase may permanently retire that identity even if a subsequent logistical issue requires cancellation. Where ownership has not been successfully completed, KAYDJA may determine whether the identity returns to an available state.

06 — PRICING

All product prices are displayed on the KAYDJA website at the time of purchase.

KAYDJA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, KAYDJA reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees may depend on the destination country and may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

07 — PAYMENT

KAYDJA accepts payment through PayPal.

Depending on the options made available by PayPal, customers may be able to pay using:

PayPal.
Eligible debit cards.
Eligible credit cards.
Other payment methods made available by PayPal at checkout.

Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider.

KAYDJA does not require customers to provide payment card details directly to KAYDJA where payment is processed through PayPal.

By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount due for your purchase.

Your use of PayPal and any applicable payment method may also be subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, policies, and requirements.

KAYDJA is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, or decisions made independently by the payment provider.

08 — SHIPPING

KAYDJA is an online-only brand and ships products internationally.

Worldwide shipping is offered free of charge unless otherwise stated on the website.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

Destination.
Carrier.
Customs processing.
Local postal conditions.
Weather.
Holidays.
Other circumstances outside KAYDJA’s reasonable control.

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

KAYDJA is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges apply, responsibility for those charges may depend on the applicable law and shipping arrangement.

09 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the KAYDJA Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

Because KAYDJA garments operate under a one-owner rarity system, returning or exchanging a garment does not automatically mean that its identity will be made available again.

A returned garment identity may remain retired depending on the circumstances of the transaction and KAYDJA’s rarity rules.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

10 — RARITY, CLAIMS & RETIREMENT

The KAYDJA one-of-one system is fundamental to every eligible garment.

A garment may move through different availability states, including:

Available
The identity is approved and available to be claimed.

Reserved
The identity is temporarily held during checkout protection, payment processing, or review.

Claimed
The purchase has been successfully completed and the identity belongs to one customer.

Retired
The identity has permanently left KAYDJA’s sellable catalog.

Archived
The identity may remain in KAYDJA’s internal or historical records but is not available for resale.

A claimed identity is not intended to return to active inventory.

KAYDJA does not use “one-of-one” merely as promotional language. The designation describes the ownership structure of the garment identity.

No restocks.
No alternate sizes.
No color reruns.
No second editions.

11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the KAYDJA website, unless otherwise indicated, is owned by or licensed to KAYDJA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

The KAYDJA name.
Logos.
Brand marks.
Product names.
Product imagery.
Photography.
Graphics.
Text.
Garment designs.
Product descriptions.
Website design.
Visual elements.
Original textual identities.
Other proprietary materials.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written authorization:

Copy KAYDJA designs.
Reproduce KAYDJA graphics or textual identities.
Reproduce or commercially exploit product photography.
Copy substantial portions of website content.
Create derivative works from KAYDJA intellectual property.
Use KAYDJA branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation.

The purchase of a KAYDJA garment does not transfer ownership of KAYDJA’s underlying trademarks, copyrights, designs, textual identities, or other intellectual property to the purchaser.

The customer receives ownership of the purchased physical garment, subject to applicable law.

12 — CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS & COMMUNICATIONS

If you voluntarily submit comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, ideas, photographs, or other material to KAYDJA, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You agree not to submit material that:

Violates another person’s rights.
Infringes intellectual property.
Contains unlawful or harmful material.
Contains malicious code.
Is fraudulent or misleading.
Unlawfully discloses another person’s private information.

KAYDJA may use customer communications where reasonably necessary to operate, improve, or communicate about the business, subject to applicable privacy laws and the KAYDJA Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any personal information submitted through the KAYDJA website is handled in accordance with the KAYDJA Privacy Policy.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For purchases already completed, the Terms applicable at the time of the transaction will continue to govern that transaction except where a change is required by law.
